Raven

Raven is one of our favorite summer time blends - so much so that we have decided to make it a staple in our shop!  This blackberry mint blend is fantastic iced, and makes for a wonderful sipping tea on a hot summer day.  This is a blend of our premium full bodied black teas flavored with organic blackberry and peppermint, making it a lush, fruity, sweet steep with floral notes and a slight mint aftertaste. It is a wonderfully smooth treat that is delicious both hot and cold. 

Ingredients:  Organic China Black Flowery Orange Pekoe (FOP), Organic Assam Tippy Flowery Golden Orange Pekoe (TFGOP), Organic Blackberry Leaf, Organic Blackberry Flavoring and Organic Peppermint Leaf.

Our tester size will make approximately 2-4 cups of tea, while the Medium bag will average 10-12 cups.  

To prepare as a tea, Add 1-2 tsp of blend to a tea strainer or mesh teabag.  Pour 8 oz. simmering water over the blend. Steep 3-4 minutes, strain and serve immediately.  For a stronger flavor, use a larger amount of the tea, do not steep longer than 10 minutes in hot water or it may become bitter.   For iced tea, double the amount of loose tea, steep 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Pour over ice & enjoy.
